This is believed to be footage of an Armistice Day parade in Llandrindod, those taking part including armed forces veterans, police, Girl Guides, nurses and Air Raid Patrol [ARP] wardens. It was shot by Charles Thacker (manager of the Pola cinema, Welshpool) and Guy Baker (owner of a chain of cinemas including the Pola) for screening locally. Armistice Day became Remembrance Sunday after the Second World War.
