This scrapbook-style film captures all the fun of the fair with swing-boats and dodgems; an elaborate Tudor pageant in Watford; a procession of vibrant floats through the streets of Harrow; a crowd-pleasing display of fire extinguishing and scenes of the Pinner fox hunt.
