The streets around Caernarvon Castle are crowded with people trying to catch a glimpse of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in this amateur film by David Lloyd George. The former Prime Minister greets the royal party on their arrival and presents the King with the key to Caernarvon Castle.

This film is in the collection of David Lloyd George's personal films held in the BFI National Archive. It is believed to have been shot by George Ryder, the politician's chauffeur.
