Overview
Bands and banners; drinking and dancing; friends and fun. The Notting Hill Carnival has always been a vibrant affair and the 1976 edition was no different. This atmospheric film shows musicians and dance groups being enjoyed by a diverse range of Londoners on a sunny day. One band of note is the London All Stars Steel Band who are still going strong over 40 years later.
