Overview

This amateur documentary excerpt opens with a portrait of the cramped environment of the East End - β€œfour or five families per house!” The camera pans the streets, lamenting their dilapidation. Markets packed, buildings broken. An index of the β€œtypes of boys” provides insight into their world and some of many problems they face including street gambling.
