Overview

Bombs on the Wirral in 1940 forced the Crawfords to move to their holiday home in Llanarmon-yn-IΓ’l. William H Crawford was an amateur filmmaker who portrayed his family and Welsh community with affection. One of his friends was Fred Daken, who owned the caravan seen here. Having seen better days, it is hacked about and hauled by tractor to a new site - tiring work requiring tea and sandwiches.
