In the Company of Men: Commander
The first episode of Molly Dineen's three-part series follows Major Crispin Black as he considers the course his life could have taken if he hadn't joined the army.
Director: Molly Dineen
Overview
Major Crispin Black considers the course his life could have taken if he hadn't joined the army and emerges as the dominant character in Molly Dineenβs trilogy about 'The Prince of Wales' company of the Welsh Guards. Whilst ultimately concerned with the collective experience of the armed service, The Commander offers a rare insight into the hierarchy, discipline and ritual, as well as the camaraderie and loyalty that define an army regiment.
