Overview

Anglia TV visit the toy library at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital in Norwich. In much the same way another library might lend books, the toy library stocks and lends out toys. The library's founders, Jack and Margaret Wymer, both of whom had been wheelchair users for most of their lives, initiated the idea to start a lending service to disabled children and their brothers and sisters. The library also offers a lifeline to parents who can socialise and share their experience.

Jack and Margaret both suffer from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and having experienced segregation from other children at school, liked the idea of starting an enterprise where children with all kinds of disability could play together with their able-bodied brothers and sisters.
