Overview
Disability need not mean social exclusion in this film about the Heywood branch of the Inskip League of Friendship, a fine example of community spirit in the austere post-war years. Assisted by "non-disabled friends and Good Sports", branch members with physical disabilities engage in social activities, visit those unable to leave their homes, and take a day trip to Fleetwood on the Fylde Coast.
