Overview

This issue concentrates on the Army’s policy of salvaging any material which can be reused, and shows worn-out items being renovated or converted into other equipment (eg. camp beds made from cartridge-pouch webbing. It also features reports from fighting fronts, including an item on the resupply of the Eighth Army in Tripoli, and the bombing of Genoa (latter preceded by factory scenes showing bombs being manufactured).
