Overview
Scenes of commemoration at Dunham Massey in Cheshire. A band plays in the open air, and people attend an outdoor church service. Wreaths are laid at the war memorial, and the film ends with shots of St Margaret's church.
During World War One, part of Dunham Massey Hall in Cheshire became the Stamford Military Hospital, caring for wounded soldiers from across the British Empire. The hall is now a National Trust property.
